HK Roulette is a progressive dinner competition charity fundraising event! Four players compete to win big money for their favorite Charity or Non-Profit organization.
To win, they must be the player with the highest score at the end of the progressive dinning experience which takes them to four (4) different restaurants for Cocktails, Appetizers, Entreés, and Desserts.
The Game
Each player draws an envelope to receive their course assignment.
Players write down their name, charity of choice, name and address of a food beverage establishment in Hell’s Kitchen, and the item everyone will taste for that course.
Scoring
Players rate each establishment on a scale of 1 to 5 on the following categories:
a) Initial Impression of the establishment
b) Presentation of food or beverage
c) Taste of food or beverage
d) Overall Impression of the experience
At the end of the four (4) course dinner, scores are tabulated and a winner is announced!
